Encounter Day 2026 ππ½ Our students were blessed to take part in a powerful Reflection Day featuring singer-songwriter Gen Bryant and her band, supported by musicians from the Catholic Youth Parramatta, the Dioceseβs Mission Enhancement Team, and World Youth Day student pilgrims. ππ½ Through joy-filled music and authentic witness, Gen reminded us that while our students wear different uniforms and attend different schools, it is our shared faith and love for Jesus that unites us as one. Today our school community gathered in our parish church for our Ash Wednesday Liturgy, marking the beginning of the holy season of Lent. As we received ashes, we were reminded to βTurn away from sin and be faithful to the Gospel.β Lent is a time of prayer, fasting and almsgiving- a time to reflect, grow and draw closer to God. Over the coming weeks, may we choose kindness, show compassion, and seek ways to serve others in our school and wider community.
