Our students had a wonderful experience participating in the Jarara program, embracing opportunities to connect with culture, Country, and one another. πΏ Through storytelling, hands-on learning, and meaningful experiences, students deepened their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives while building respect, curiosity, and appreciation for the world's oldest continuing culture. We were delighted to welcome our parents and grandparents to our school for a very special Grandparents Day celebration. π The morning began with a whole-school liturgy, giving us the opportunity to come together in prayer and thanksgiving for the special people in our lives. Families then enjoyed visiting classrooms to share in the students' learning before gathering for a wonderful morning tea filled with conversation, laughter and connection. Thank you to all of our parents, grandparents and special visitors who joined us. Your love, wisdom and support make such a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
